 This book is great for beginners. I would recommend this book to a person who has never sewn a pattern a day in thier life. This book is filled with a variety of beginner patterns. This book is a great book but a little to basic for my liking. I love the pictures in the book, it really makes the tutorials easy to follow. Overall I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn how to sew. |

I think I checked it out from a library before! I really like Singers book on sewing it taught me how to do all my seams well! =)

I read the Singer's books too and I think they are great on advancing basic skills, but their books are a little on the experienced side.
